This will be my second year here, great place to live, alot of great renovations and updates happening recently that have made life here even better. The ladies in the office are fantastic. Maintenance is on point, they have no dog Breen restrictions which is AMAZING, and having dog park 20 ft from your back door when you have a 1 year old German Shepherd is pretty fricken sweet!
I love living here! The onsite amenities are wonderful. There is a large dog park (bigger most I've seen at other rental complexes), a fitness center, pool, stand up tanning bed, and an indoor basketball court! I like to take my dog there on cold/rainy days to play fetch. There's also tons of parking spaces and an ample amount of visitor parking in the back; they also provide hanging visitor parking passes that allow your guests to park anywhere throughout the property for up to a week. By far the best apartment complex I've lived in during my five years in Bloomington!
Absolutely, positively, wonderful. The staff is always extremely kind and helpful, not to mention the mind blowing amenities. Also, very affordable for all that you're receiving.
The staff was so helpful when I came to visit my son and he didn't make it home to meet me on time. They called him and verified who I was and let me in, I was able to clean up a bit for him and surprise him even more! Plus I love the new dog park for Gus!
