Paul and Zack are truly gems and make living at Ulake amazing. They really care about the residents. If I have ever needed any thing from maintenance it has been done within the hour. I lost my wallet and actually had Paul find it and try to find me so he could return it. You will be taken advantage of financially and charged outrageous fees upon move out. Plenty of better options in Denton, avoid all American Campus properties at all cost.
