I have to admit that we had a few problems in the beginning in regards to outrageously high electricity bills, but the staff was very open and willing to help us get the problem fixed quickly, and were even kind enough to take care of the bills themselves. The amenities are great, enough so that I won't have any problem calling knights Landing home again next year! Definitely would recommend to any college student!
Nice place. I chose KL because it was close to campus for a good price. Nice living areas for college students, I have no complaints thus far with the apartment. Don't drive like an idiot and you shouldn't have any trouble in the parking lot during winter. The management has been very friendly to me and the front office runs fun promotions often. This month was free root beer floats and ice cream.
Best apartments we could find in Bloomington that includes almost all amenities. Friendly staff. Fast working maintenance team. Only disadvantages are the dog poop everywhere � and limited parking near your actual apartment.
