This is my second year living at Knights Landing. The staff is wonderful and any issues we have had have been fixed in a timely manner! It’s nice and affordable housing close to the stadium!

Fix your fkn parking..... know what I could go on and on about how crappy this place is to live but I’m gonna save my time and energy cause it’s not worth it. Just DON’T live here trust me unless you love living stressed out and annoyed.... be my guest.

I think it is a good place to live, and is close enough to walk to the bus station at the stadium. There was a few problems at first but being an adult I am and not whining like a little kid and actually talking to the staff like a grown up and figuring the problems myself rather than blaming others, I was able to get most of the things figured out. I get people are frustrated but having a big person job is harder than you think and the staff at Knight's landing was great, except corporate. They told me things that were happ... read more

Perhaps one of the worst apartment complexes in Bloomington. Their office staff is dumber than a box of rocks. They will leave your bathroom torn up and unusable for over a month despite numerous promises to have it fixed earlier. When you ask for help they'll say "um talk to contractor" like they are not the idiots who hired them. This is just one of the numerous issues of living at the new knights landing. If you are stupid enough to consider living here please contact me and I'll be sure to give you more reasons not to!

Very poor management. We have even contacted the corporate management company. Still nothing has been resolved. My son has been in the apartment for 5 days without air and and a finished apartment.

My college aged son lived there. What a dump. Total scammers and offer promotions and incentives that they don’t follow through with. The upkeep on these apartments are horrible. If you want your kids in a safe presentable place, this isn’t it!

RUN WHILE YOU CAN AND READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE EVER SIGNING HERE: I should’ve went with my gut when reading reviews before signing here, but I thought maybe people were exaggerating, and as a few college students, all we saw were the good in signing at Knight’s Landing. The good- we didn’t have to pay a deposit that day to sign a lease, the rent was way cheap, and the location was decent. Cheap being the key word..cheap is a bad idea in the long run. By rent being so cheap, yo...Continue Reading

Absolute worst money hungry apartment complex I have ever lived at. They do not prorate anything so do not sign any early termination papers, as I so ignorantly did. Stayed 6 nights and payed FULL months rent. Also we were promised $500 in gift cards for the early termination agreement and haven’t gotten those yet. We have multiple emails in regards to our gift cards saying we will get them and low and behold here we are 2 months later all moved out and nothing. They won’t even have a conversation about them. Erica the prope... read more
