I’m saddened to say this business puts their needs before their tenants. When we signed a lease they were friendly, made it sound as though they put community first, but the reality is they made it impossible to iron out issues. They had no problem making sure we knew they didn’t have to work with us and had no apologies on their end. This goes for the local and corporate offices. I do NOT recommend this business.
DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE!!! They are racist and THIEVES! I went on vacation right before my lease ended and came back to find my entire apartment CLEARED!!! Everything completely gone! So they stole all my property before I could some back and get it myself! Straight lied to me saying I could get my stuff in 30 days but they just wanted to take all of my stuff. Almost $10k worth of personal property stolen by their clean crew! Smh

RecommendedI have loved the convenience of living on campus, having free laundry, access to a 24/7 gym and amazing maintenance staff! However i am needing someone to take over my lease for the fall; it is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom private. You get your own private spacious room which includes a mini fridge and microwave and a shared shower and bathroom! Message me if you’re interested in taking over my lease for Fall 2019-Spring 2020. Upon signing, I’ll provide a $100 Visa Gift Card as a thank you! 😊
RecommendedLiving here was probably one of the best decisions I've made. Everything about it. My room and also the fact that it is right next to Lapo (dining hall). This next school year I won't be attending the University of New Mexico, so I am I need of someone to take up my lease for this coming school year (2019-2020) as soon as possible.
