I was treated well by the front desk personnel, the nurse was competent and attentive, and the treating staff carefully listened to my concerns, discussed them with me, and then diagnosed and proposed care. What more could you ask?
Had severe ear ache, provider said we needed to wait 72 hrs before prescribing antibiotic. Waited 72 hrs, pain got progressively worse, called in after 72 hrs as asked by provider and still no prescription. This place is just a money taker and provides no real medical help at all.

Greatly appreciate being able to get close to the door as I am disabled as well as have issues with distance due to POTS. Laura Ligon was exceptional with an excellent bed side manner. Kindness and care can be rare these days, but she certainly cared and was very kind. Thank you, highly recommend
