Mr. Coradine is very enthusiastic and willing to help and accommodate. We went to the office just before the close time, and he took up our case without a complaint -- indeed, he even had a small talk with us while filling the forms for us, and allowed us to send information we did not have with us later by email. Overall we are glad we met this agent :)
