From my friend, Kara Linell: I am a single mom with four kids. A tree went through my house on Thursday, May 10th. The claims adjuster State Farm assigned my claim to told me I could live in my house despite the fact that firefighters cut off the electricity and gas and told us not to go into the house until a professional had inspected and turned the utilities back on. They have not provided an alternate place to stay and they are not available "outside of Mon-Fri business hours" to help us with the claim. I have called and... read more
