My fiance and I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended a few weekends back. Fortunately we were okay and were able to get the other drivers information, call claims , and report the accident. Claims wasn't as fast in response as I would of liked them to be . This was my only car and also the accident was no joke. Luckily I had Kendra, Cristel, and Hunter's staff for support. They were on it immediately and made the process as smooth as possible.
