Absolutely horrible to deal with!! I pay 500$+ to this company EVERY month and they sent them all to mine and my husband's credit score which then reported we had bad payment history! We have never been late on a payment and they still sent it over! This company should not even be in business. Now due to the credit score I can no longer buy a home leaving us homeless but I'm still expected to pay them monthly for something they did! My lawyer is already on the case! They have been harassing me for over a year about a medical bill I do not owe. I have an account, payment plan, and debit card on file with the hospital. I work at the hospital. My account shows I'm completely paid up. They are scammers.
I was sent to collections for a small medical bill I was told by **** that I did not owe. This company will call and call and never leave a message. As a result, I never pick up due to the unknown number and nothing is ever resolved. Stop harassing people without stating who you are. That is sneaky and unnecessary.
I was contacted in regards to a medical bill, which has been payed in full with the original entity. I've told this to the SCSrepresentatives who've contacted me, countless amount of times since, and they keep saying they will "make a note of that" and "reach out to the original entity" to confirm. Yet they keep contacting and harassing me over a bill I do not owe.
I received a bill to resolve a medical bill. I do not dispute owing a medical bill. I set up a payment plan every month, charged to my credit card. It included a $6.00 a month processing fee. Minimum payment was $200.00 per month. After eight months the last payment should have been for $110.91,they billed me for $140.65. Too much of a hassle to go after them for under $30.00. Next time they can wait for their money until I have the whole amount. This is why collection services ratings are so low.
Continues to contact me, performing several hang up calls, harassing texts, and spam like email. Has never provided any clear indication of why I am even receiving these calls! Just that I owe them money somehow. Definitely seems very scammy! Beware.
Agency is not providing any proof of ***** Unwillingness to explain.
