Bad bad bad reservation system! We made reservations and we still had to wait to be seated around 30 mins. The host offered us to be put on a waiting list as priority as the best option, which was both irritating and insulting being that we had made reservations in advance. After 30 minutes waiting, they ended up offering us a table outside during a 51-degree weather day. If it wasn’t for Brandy, our server, the whole experience would have been a bad one.
