As always the staff at Family Smiles goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable at each of your appointments.
Everything is always so perfect about my experience. The staff is awesome, the dentist is very helpful and her expertise is great! I love going into their office other than the poking and prodding! LOL
I have lived in FloMo for 14 years now and have never noticed this dental office! Recently my oldest daughter needed an appointment urgently so I began calling around. We have never had a regular dentist due to lack of dental insurance and my dissatisfaction with ALL the offices I've tried in the area. ( I either got attitude from the staff OR judgement by the dentist or staff because of my beliefs in natural health care.). As always the staff at Family Smiles were amazing. I really love everyone who works there. Even Dr. Nichols who is new to me (my second time to see her) has made a great impression on me. She's kind and explains needed procedures in a clear and concise way. My experience was great.
As always, the office visit was as pleasant as can be, when visiting a dentist office. The office staff, hygienist and dentist are always pleasant, professional and thorough. Although some of the staff members have moved on over the years, I've been coming to this facility for nearly 28 years now. I highly recommend this facility.
I have been with you for a long, long time through multiple Dentists. I am always treated like family by Rhonda, Minnie and my sweet hygienist. Looking forward to seeing you in June. Keep up the good work.
Great Staff; very good care take to make my visit comfortable. I could have used a donut and coffee for breakfast but that's ok, I probably didn't need it!!!! .Excellent experience!!!!!!!
