The cleaning and check up went fine. They found a filling that was 'leaking' and they could fix it immediately. Saved me a trip on another day. It was great.
The entire staff at Family Smiles is great. They are very compassionate and caring. They always greet you with a smile.
My best friend actually got me to go to the dentist after 4 years of not going. I was very nervous about it because the last dentist I went to wasn't the best. Which caused me to not want to go to the dentist unless I absolutely had to. The staff at Family Smiles were the most welcoming people and they made me feel comfortable. They worked quickly as well as efficiently, and they were very gentle on my teeth and gums. I honestly never ever write reviews but they definitely deserve a good one so here it is. We've been gone for 7 years, but are happy to be back in Texas. Even though the dentist is new to us, we are very satisfied with her. The other staff members are the same as before and are just as nice as can be with us.
We are old time customers of Family Smiles from way back, but we moved to Arizona for a few years. Now we're back and this was my first visit after our home coming and it was as good as ever. Friendly yet professional, efficient and high quality work; what else could you ask for?
