Starwest was honest, competent and efficient. They walked us through the refi process remotely, with everything done by phone and email until the wet signatures at closing, when a very nice notary came to our house at a time that was convenient for us. Ashley, in particular, kept things moving and expertly managed the process. Oh, and we got a GREAT rate!
