We wanted to refinance our mortgage to get a lower rate. One other mortgage company that advertises on TV turned out to be a fraud. Their rates were for CA properties although they advertise in AZ. When I received a letter from Starwest I was skeptical but decide to give them a chance. Everything they said it the letter was truthful.
