It was quick, easy, and legitimate. It seemed too easy and it really is free. I have paid thousands before for refis and this was actually free. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Great service! Was approved two days after completing the refi application and closing was seven days later; so the whole process took only nine days. Much faster and more efficient than past experiences with refinancing. Plus they got me a much lower interest rate than those offered by lenders that have been sending me refi ads. And, best and most unbelievably, there were no loan fees. I have and will continue to recommend Starwest to anyone looking to refinance.

A true no cost loan refinance. There is some money shifting due to escrow accounts being set up with the new lender and escrow refunds from the old lender but ZERO cost overall. This is the fourth time I have refinanced with Starwest and each refinance has resulted in immediate savings. I've found that if I can get a better rate by as little as 1/4 percent, it is worth the effort. With this last refinance my rate decreased by 3/8 percent and has resulted in over $100 per month in interest savings.
