Absolutely the BEST – Lilly has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. I'm not just a loyal fan; I've simply never had a better hair cut...ever. This is a high-end salon with a genuinely down-to-earth atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It's always like a party with great conversation, something to sip on, something to read, and lovely people (stylists, shampooers, customers). A visit to Starr for me is great therapy. I always feel great when I leave!
Best Hair Salon in Boston – Same story! I have been a loyal client of Susan Mancini of Starr Hair Studio for over 20 years and have followed them wherever they set up shop. Why? In addition to getting that Newbury Street style that everyone remarks about, customer service rates tops with them and always has. The staff is friendly and professional and really knows their stuff. I highly recommend that you go there and find out for yourself! You'll be glad you did.

Most fun and welcoming hair salon – I have been going to the Starr Hair Studio for many years (I followed my hair stylist there) and have been bringing my mom and good friend for years as well.
