Great job! We are nearing the end of the 1-year warranty on our new home. We wanted an independent 3rd party to check things out. John spent the better part of 3 hours checking our house top to bottom. Fortunately, there were no major repairs needed, just some relatively minor items. They even schedule the termite inspection with a 3rd party after you pick who you want to work with. Everything is made easy, even the billing. Highly recommended! Starmark performed two inspections for us. First, a rough-in, pre-drywall inspection, and then a final pre-closing inspection. Both were thorough, detailed and very helpful. Excellent Experience! We had a bit of a complicated case. A couple reschedules of the inspection, several inspections requested to be coordinated and a large older home. John and Robin did a wonderful job with communication, coordinating additional inspections on our behalf, and communicating the issues found. We also received the report in short order after the thorough inspection. We were very happy with John's expertise and communication style. Will recommend.

The time of execution of the inspection was great and very comprehensive. They also had contractors on hand to schedule on my behalf when we needed it. It was all very thorough and detailed. Highly recommended! Glad I hired John from Starmark. John did our pre-drywall inspection of a new house. He was very thorough and detailed and discovered multiple items that had to be addressed by the builder. The inspection report was available within 24 hours and indicated in detail and with photos all inspected items with a list of corrections to be made by the builder. We are very satisfied and will recommend John to our friends.
