Very professional report and inspector. Very professional report and inspector. Easy scheduling, easy to access your report. There was a miscommunication with original termite inspector. Starmark got another in a timely manner. Would more than recommend to anyone to use their service. John came highly recommended by our realtors, but he was unavailable when we were. Joe was our inspector and we were very impressed with his thoroughness. The report is very accurate and easy to follow. Thanks!
Great job! Great Job. John and Robin are very professional and great people to work with anyone who meets them. John is a very detailed and patient person. He answered all the questions I had and took his time to help me understand his findings and issues for the house he inspected for me. He's also very honest. Robin is very effective and responds to my concerns very fast. They both managed to squeeze me into their hectic schedule and got the inspection done on time. I highly recommend John for anyone's home inspection.

Highly recommended! Glad I hired John from Starmark. John did our pre-drywall inspection of a new house. He was very thorough and detailed and discovered multiple items that had to be addressed by the builder. The inspection report was available within 24 hours and indicated in detail and with photos all inspected items with a list of corrections to be made by the builder. We are very satisfied and will recommend John to our friends.
Great job! We are nearing the end of the 1-year warranty on our new home. We wanted an independent 3rd party to check things out.
