Very professional report and inspector. Very professional report and inspector. Easy scheduling, easy to access your report. There was a miscommunication with original termite inspector. Starmark got another in a timely manner. Would more than recommend to anyone to use their service. John came highly recommended by our realtors, but he was unavailable when we were. Highly recommended! Starmark performed two inspections for us. First, a rough-in, pre-drywall inspection, and then a final pre-closing inspection. Both were thorough, detailed and very helpful. John performed the initial work, and Joe the pre-close. Both were professional and knowledgeable. Starmark was listed on our builders approved list and had excellent online reports.
