Well worth the price of this inspection. I had John do a home inspection. John's inspection notes were very thorough with details, pictures, and repair notes. Well worth the price of this inspection. I have dealt with many inspections in the past, and by far, this is the best I have ever had. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to my friends. They also handled setting up my termite inspection and septic/well testing. This whole experience was so nice that they handled everything.
A Five Star Experience. John and Robin of Starmark Home Inspections are awesome to work with. They are so accommodating to get the inspection done before closing. John is very thorough and detailed to check every aspect of the home. His reports are well explained, easy to understand, and simple to go over with the builder. The time of execution of the inspection was great and very comprehensive. They also had contractors on hand to schedule on my behalf when we needed it. It was all very thorough and detailed.
