I don't write a lot of reviews or give 'atta boys' freely, but exceptional service deserves recognition. John Harper and the team at Carl's Buick GMC went above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted at a great price. But even more impressive was what we came out to after signing the paperwork. John arranged for a cupcake with a candle and happy birthday balloons for Amber. We won't forget that. I will be back for our next vehicle and will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned car! 5-stars!
