Needed my 2019 GMC Canyon Denali serviced under warranty. I had several issues with getting the service department to return my calls. I reached out to the owner and was told by Carl Fischer (Owner) that I am not their customer because I did not purchase my vehicle from them. Horrible business practices for someone who says he’s been doing this for 40 years. Apparently if you don’t buy your vehicle from them then don’t bother doing your service with them either. i drove 2 /2 hours to buy a truck, it was waiting for me out front , i loved it, agreed on a price, bought it, drove it home, only to be called 2 days later asking for it back, they say they mixed vins up and sold me the wrong truck ,wanting to swap for a truck ive never seen, very rude , manager's, i am not happy, they came and took my truck, called the police on me and everything, it was their mistake and ive paid for it, got nothing for my troubles, i sold my truck because i bought this one, now i have nothing, thanks car... read more

Just had the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I got a GREAT deal on a FABULOUS pre-owned Jeep and the process was quick, painless and completely above board..I would recommend Carl's over the competitors without thinking twice. Brahim was my excellent sales associate.
Dont buy from them a thing! i checked on there website for a car -how has been told that currently in the dealership, i came over and apparently the car is not there for almost 3 days !(i also spoke with them on the phone to make sure the car is there cuase i dont live near by) so i was interested in another car from the dealership, that was great except there was alot of crap inside it (caps beers tissue recits ect...) so they told me to come over the next day so they can clean it up. i came over the next day, bought the ca... read more
