RecommendedLet me just say that I will be returning to Carl’s GMC Buick dealership! Customer service is the most important thing to them and Jeff went above and beyond! Not only did they have us in and out quickly, they answered all of our questions and also treated us as family! What a great experience with good people. Never felt pressured. A great team people. They went out of there way to get me the best deal. Even when I was leaving, the finance guy Sal came out and got me a better APR rate. Awesome. And last to say the best salesman I met in a long time goes out to the man Jeff Jewels.
The sales people make lots of promises and none are kept when you go in to make a deal. At pickup I was told the keys are on the desk just take them and leave. Was told I would get follow up and touch up paint and never heard from them again. They will tell you they are all about building a long relationship but they are not. They just want the sale today. Reached out to the owner and never heard back. Keep looking if you want a dealer that takes care of its customers.
Did not meet my expectations and did. It repair the scratch in my leather properly. The repair was awful and I can still see the scratches. I will not be returning again. I will also never buy from them again
