service department is terrible, service manager has no clue about cars/trucks
John and Jackie did everything they possibly could to get me to leave in a car yesterday, after hours and hours of sitting and waiting and all the problems we ran into they still made it happen. I drove off the lot with my new 2016 Ford Focus and I couldn’t thank them enough ❤️ I love it and they were so awesome 😀 I recommend John from Carl’s Buick to ANYONE AND EVERYONE looking for a new ride 😬
