I had Pestop before it sold to Stark! In Feb I referred a neighbor! Mar 1st I informed my tech that the weeds in the back were spreading and the grass was not! He said to wait a few weeks and call if no change! To date I have spoken to two office staff, had Scott, the manager out in June and nothing has changed! Our Tech Michael was here for my scheduled appointment and knows nothing and stated he just sprays what”They” give him and will talk to Scott! 5 months is enough! Oh, and I have yet to receive my referral thank you!

Worst pest control company I have ever dealt with. I paid Stark Exterminating for two years for pest control, rodent control, and mosquito treatments. None of it worked. I continued to have pests, rodents, and mosquitoes the entire time I was a customer. To make matters worse, they came and removed my rodent bait boxes before my service term was even over. I originally used Tropical Pest Management, which was later bought by Stark Exterminators. After the transition, Stark somehow “lost” my subterranean termite treatment records, and I lost coverage without realizing it. I only found out after discovering termites, even though the treatment sticker was still on my electrical panel. At that point, Stark came out to treat for drywood termites. I've always received great service from Stark, but this recent experience truly stood out. A huge shout-out to Enrique. He was incredibly patient, courteous, and professional. What impressed me most was that he took the time to let my father observe his process and kindly answered all my questions along the way. It’s rare to see someone so knowledgeable and willing to educate while doing their job. Stark is lucky to have him!
