Very slow poor service need more people than one person when their is a line waiting
Paid for butter and sauce but haven’t got any
Very dissapointed with my chai latte, it was Luke warm and it did not taste anything like chai. The staff aren’t trained to make a decent cuppa. Partner got a caramel Macca latte which he couldn’t taste the caramel.
Say what you will about Starbucks as a company. But I do like their drinks. This branch in particular is normally quite dirty, with at least 50% of their tables left with crumbs and such. Which tells me they are understaffed and over worked. I went through at about mid day and ordered a soy, decaf, pumpkin spice late. Because I didn't know what I wanted and the guy in front of me ordered it. The cashier was good enough to confirm whether I wanted whipped cream.
