The absolute worst coffee Ive had , with such a high profile name as Starbucks I’d expect better, latte had hardly any coffee like it was the second or third pour through the machine, undrinkable, do better for the price you ask train your staff better, will never go back !!!
ordered my usual venti iced matcha latte, i’m out of words, just saw the venti cup with just half of the drink and filled it entirely with ice so it would look full lol. am not even on my stop yet via the train and my drink just tastes like water. never again.
Staff taking my order was nice and it took me 5 mins before getting the coffee because I was sitting down and if you can see the visual of the coffee is not really good especially the cream on top knowing it’s winter it wont melt quickly or be like that. The coffee tasted too burnt that I didn’t feel like drinking it. I usually order iced mocha but this isn’t the taste that I usually have.
I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely pointed it out, some of the staff appeared to make fun of me and spoke about me in an unprofessional manner. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when simply asking for their order to be corrected. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures a more welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. Should hire some good staff rather than this kind of
This is easily the worst place to grab a drink — the staff are rude and unhelpful. Whenever they run out of anything, they never tell you, offer a swap, or give you a choice. Instead, they just hand over your drink missing what you ordered, with the cup all dirty and wet, like it doesn’t matter at all. Definitely not good service.
