Went to starbucks today for a cup of coffee and left with a burned hand after my coffee spilled on me. Because of the lid not being on right they gave me a new cup of coffee. As far as customer service I would say I deserved better treatment. Maybe a cup of ice would of been more appropriate.
The Starbucks store S08477 at S Royal Oaks at Murfreesboro Rd in Franklin, TN has become the bane of my existence. I might be overacting so please slap me on the back of the head if I am...but in the last week I go in every morning at 7:30 am and order a dark roast.
