Worst experience ever, I ordered through the mobile app and when i arrived the drive through had 6 cars in line. I went to the door and was told all orders were to be picked up in the drive through, had that been in the app i would not have ordered. I work 5 mins away and needed to get back to work. I was told there were NO cars in the drive through and it would take 3 mins to get my order. I was looking at 3 cars. I asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how that would be done, because they couldn't take my phone ... read more
