Might as well draw a number out of a hat to determine IF you’re going to get your order before the people after you in line. No rhyme or reason to their system. Just waited 28 minutes for four drinks. Three of them were ready in a few minutes. Took FOREVER to get the last drink. 4 people walked out with their orders that came in after us. Absolutely awful service. When I spoke with the “manager” she was full of excuses and more. This has happened before too. Sad and pathetic service.
Slower than snails pace. Drive through is supposed to speed service up. Line was around the building.
Multiple times have placed a mobile order, the time I get there im still waiting 30 minutes inside most days. Not going to this location anymore.

Long wait.... Ordered one venti hot chocolate and a grande peppermint mocha. Neither were hot, warm maybe.
I just want to say thank you to the lady in charge at the Starbucks today at Camp Hill. She politely enforced the mask rule set by corporate even though the customer was extremely rude and disgruntled that she was asking her to cover her nose. Many of the people in the store appreciated the efforts of the management to get this customer to be compliant with the rules. Thank you Starbucks for giving your employees authority to enforce rules that keep us all safe.
I’m always waiting 20-30 minutes in drive thru for one coffee. It always tastes burnt and nasty. I love every other Starbucks but this one. Horrible
