I look forward to which barista or pickup person I get just because they are always cheerful and some days is REALLY need it more than others. Mobile ordering is my favorite because I get to tongue tied when talking through my order.

The wait is always forever, they never have food in stock, and they usually get the order wrong. Today, one of the baristas was complaining about my order to a co-worker and the drive thru window was open so I heard everything. So rude.

The service is terrible unless you like a heaping spoonful of smarminess with your order. The ultra pretentious barista's are in dire need of customer service training. Example? I have been a regular paying customer who lives in the neighborhood. I usually brush aside their sarcastic looks and sighs because it's par for the course these days in most corporate customer service entailed jobs. Though there is a limit.
