Employees don’t accept Apple Pay in the drive thru, having walked inside I discovered they actually called the police on me after succeeding payment indoors. This Starbucks is pathetic.

I went in, showed them my order. Got it and there was no strawberry purée like I had shown the lady. It was a drink I seen that is suppose to take taste a chocolate covered strawberry. Well it tasted like plain coffee. Wasn’t sweet at all. Also it’s my birthday. And I didn’t get my reward because it didn’t scan right? Even though in my personal info it showed my birthday. I have never had a worse experience anywhere ever in my life the drive through lady was so ungodly rude that I cried for thirty min after the situation. The manager stepped in and did NOTHING

DO NOT COME HERE EVER!! They will mess up your order. I went to Starbucks and asked for a steamed soy milk with vanilla flavoring kids temperature. First they made me a vanilla COFFEE latte after I specifically at the window corrected her when she said latte, I said WITHOUT COFFEE. She said okay.
