Was standing at counter for almost 10 minutes with no help there was about 10 people working and no one could just simply take my order. Crew is very unprofessional
I mean a lot of ice too and barely filled up missing a good amount not even trying to be be over exaggerate
Wait half an hour for a drink
This location is always closing earlier than their posted hours and they are usually putting away tables and chairs way before closing time. The baristas will give you attitude if you ask about the drink you paid for, that they are being paid to make
Line for drive through gets through fast! Idk if it's the people fast or the items being delivered fast. But another location had me waiting 14 minutes once lol
