Had the best barista at the drive thru today. She was friendly genuine, went over and beyond for me as a customer and I really appreciate that. I come to this store often for 3 years and she is the first person to really try to connect with me. Interactions are very transactional except for today. Thank you
I am a current customer but today I just decided to get a cup of water to take my medicine well the lady with glasses refused to give me a cup of water and she wanted me to buy something, I need it to take my medicine, I was gonna pay for the water but her attitude was bad and she wanted me to buy a drink and then she would give me the water for FREE, so dumb. Lmao, bad customer service. Thanks Starbucks.
Do NOT go there on a Friday at 9am. Place was packed with high schoolers, they start late that day. But everyone was working their tails off and remained nice while being at it!
