The customer service was excellent, but the drink standards were disappointing. The Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro wasn’t made correctly: the sweet cream was poured into the cup first, so there was no cascading effect. Too much sweet cream was used. The Aerocano wasn’t aerated either and tasted like a regular Americano. Great service, but the drinks need more consistent preparation and staff training.
Door on the main street was weird closed))) Only back entrance
The store forgot 2/3 of my items in my order. My water & my pastry. I only recieved 1 item (my refresher). Had to request a refund from DoorDash but the inconvenience is significant & I've never had an issue like with any of the other Starbucks in the area. Would never DoorDash from this location again.
lid on my coffee was not secured properly and burned the heck out of me and stained my clothes right before a client meeting !! be more careful please !
