We visited Starbucks recently at the drive-thru. I am on a strict diet and very limited in sugar. We specifically asked what kinds of regular coffee are available. First of all, the staff did not tell us the options. Secondly, my boyfriend clearly said: “Please, just a plain coffee, no sugar, no cream, nothing added.” However, what we received was a coffee with 5 pumps of pumpkin sauce.
