A cheerful hello, then at the cash register the barista was rude.
Do not trust the staff!!! I’ve had two separate, concerning experiences at this location. Two years ago, I used a $50 gift card for one drink, only to later find the balance drained to $7. When I confronted them, they only offered a $10 card to ‘settle’ the missing money. More recently, I noticed a complete shift in the staff's attitude the moment I decided not to leave a tip.
