Completely unprofessional. Ordered a chai latte and the girl taking my order was laughing and playing around. Told the girl at the register that someone was laughing at me and she told me in these exact words “ain’t nobody was laughing at you” and rocked her neck. Completely disappointed in this location and won’t come back
I’ve gotten two drinks from here separate occasions and each time they’re wrong. Go to the Northampton location they make it right every time! 😭
Depends on who’s working knowing if the drinks will be good or not. Today was not the case and the photo shows why. Idc that they’re different sizes, you can clearly see they didn’t make at least one of the drinks right. The drinks are too expensive for you guys to be messing around. If you don’t like your job, go get a different type.
I really enjoy this little starbucks tucked away in this little plaza across from a base. When I need to do some work I swing in there for a few hours. They have a clean restroom and the atmosphere is nice. I really enjoy the jazz and spanish music they play. The baristas are friendly and on point when it comes to delivering my delicious “Iced Brown Sugar Expresso” with Caramel Salted cream foam and an extra shot…absolute favorite drink.
This like a Arbucks, something about the drinks the coffee water downed or flat line. I only get one drink ice Dolce latte and it's not hitting. The staff is nice, but they are not coffee expects,or maybe they nkt into coffee becuase its a disconnect on these drinks here. Coffee is way to expensive not to get it right the first time. Then it doesn't feel good to asks for your drink to me remade, as people take it personal.
