Disgustingly rude staff! Maybe the should have customer service training. I noticed several reviews reported the same issue. Clearly there is something that need to be corrected and or addressed!
On July 4th, I went through the drive thru and requested three cups of water. There was a lady that was light skinned and extremely rude. She said, "it's against policy for me to give you water. You need to buy something. I can't just give you water." She could not find the policy to explain this and she would not allow me to even pay for the water. She said I had to order something.
