This Starbucks is in a much better location than the one at Wards Corner. Not as many ppl, more relaxed.
Had to wait 16 minutes for a frapachino. There were 6 people behind the counter and no one else in the store waiting for orders. Finally they gave me my order and it was 2 drinks instead of one, got charged for 2 drinks.
Ericka got my complicated order perfect.
Service here is very slow. There were not that many cars in the drive thru line but waited over 40 minutes. Was expecting them to be short staffed but that did not appear to be the case as we saw at least 4 employees just from the window. None, however, were moving with any sense of urgency. Also, due to the design of the drive thru once you are in line you cannot get out of it, so if you go prepare to get stuck.
