Reserve a spot outside on one of the benches. You will probably not get a place to sit inside. The seating area also stinks a bit.
At least the shape of this place is conducive to lines, because that's all they have here.

The line is always taking forever. But the staff are friendly.
Pickup a coffee here and start the walk viewing Manhatten across the Hudson river waterfront to reach Hoboken in 10 minutes. Awesome walk-way...
Never get any sandwiches here. I tried both veggie options on two different occasions. Wasn't good at all, I threw it.
No decaf iced coffee :(
