I had an excellent experience at Starbucks thanks to an outstanding employee named Lauren. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, positive attitude that immediately made my visit better. She provided fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly customer service, taking my order with care and making sure everything was just right. Our son got into a traffic accident in front of this Starbucks and they were extremely nice to Check on everyone and offered coffee to everyone involved. Exceptional people!
Everything is great, except the wait times. I’ve never seen a Starbucks so slow.
I’ve never had a bad experience here until recently. The staff member at the drive thru window has a horrible attitude and acts as if she’s annoyed. I thought it was just a one time occurrence but it’s every time. It’s poor behavior and not what I’m used to when visiting Starbucks. This is the most convenient location but I will either go inside or visit another location going forward and if I do encounter her again will probably kindly recommend she at least smile at her customers.
