Just moved here and this is the closest one to me and 3 out of 5 times I have been there they have messed up my coffee order. “Nonfat mocha no whip extra hot, and by the way Mae sure it is NOT white because I am allergic to it!” All three times I got a white mocha. I shouldn’t have to check to see if it’s right, it’s not that difficult. If my allergy was severe enough, the situation would have been a lot worse. You all need to pay attention when a customer points out an allergy. Period!
I was there for about 10mins before someone even came over to ask me for my order. There were about 7-8 staff members, 2 who were on their phones not caring one bit that there were customers in the place. It was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be ordering or going back. I will find a different place to go in the morning for coffee.
I got a white mocha latte and they forgot thr whipped cream working what an honor for starbucks it brings honor to us all
