Honestly the best store in the city. Drinks are consistently made well and taste amazing. All the staff are very friendly. I will come to this location even if others are closer/more convenient.
What coffee shop covers their outlets? Shameful
Honestly, I think moving forward, Starbucks should consider having self-checkout only, with staff focused just on food prep and making drinks. It seems like the team really struggles to interact with the different people from the community who come into the store. This lack of engagement and customer service makes the experience uncomfortable, and a self-checkout model might actually work better given the current situation.
Don't ask for a cup of water even if you make a purchase because they said they are not allowed to give water out.
