I go to this Starbucks a lot, and everyone who works here is so sweet!
Had a disappointing experience at Starbucks today. My drink was made incorrectly — it just needed to be stirred, nothing complicated. When I politely asked for help, the staff member said they were busy and simply handed me a stir stick to do it myself. I understand that it can get hectic, but this felt dismissive and not very customer-focused. A small effort or even a quick apology would have made the situation much better.
This is my all time favorite go to spot!
Better than most Starbucks. Staff is actively involved with customers. Coffee drinks are made right the first time. Store is military style clean. Very well run.
