Service was horrible. I went in today on Sunday March 1st around 2:30 pm there were three young girls working at the time and I ordered a matcha. As I was waiting for my berry matcha right in front of me they said “that drink is nasty” “ who orders this” I don’t think they realized how loud they were speaking. And to top it all off they didn’t make my drink right. I have never ever written a bad review I am not one to go out of my way to do but I just couldn’t let this one go. I don’t have an issue with waiting- the girl at 1618 on the 21st of July and her counterpart were busy- they didn’t move fast but okay- but the coffee is not really hot- so I simply asked when it was made last and she said ten minutes- not possible since I waited ten minutes to be served- she said- you DID NOT wait that long.
