I was very disappointed with my experience today. My 10-year-old son was very thirsty, and we asked if he could have a cup of water. We were told that we had to buy something first. I understand that stores have policies, but the way it was handled felt lacking in kindness and compassion. A little empathy goes a long way, especially when a child is asking for a simple cup of water. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the staff will show more understanding in situations like this.
Waited almost 30 minutes for coffee. Absolutely ridiculous.
15 minutes to get a latte - one person in front of me - store was empty. Two people, girl at the register and guy at the coffee machine, working at 10:00 AM on a Wednesday, just talked and talked to themselves, ignoring me and the other person.
This was the rudest experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. We were ignored and in addition the service the staff failed to acknowledge me!! It is very clear they all hate their job. This is the first time I never left a tip. This was on Tuesday, February 10th around 1:15pm. Hopefully management can address this issue.
