The staff in this location is amazing. They are always so friendly and helpful, and my order is always correct.
Why is the Starbucks so freaking cold! It’s not a pleasure at all to wait for your drink and it’s so cold it makes your nose drip! plus they are blasting the worst no name music. How about some holiday music? They do a lot of business because it’s at the mall but this place needs a little bit more ambiance.
Today marks the last time I'll ever go into a Starbucks to work on my laptop and get school + business work done. I usually work from home and live in Franklin but I like working in coffee shops and I've been spending extra time out of the house lately since my grandad has dementia and I've been helping care for him.
