Angelina is an amazing worker. She made my order better than anyone has, perfect portions of every ingredient. She would be a lovely trainer/teacher for new workers!
My family had a horrible experience today at this location. We stopped in just to grab a napkin and was told by the employees that we had to purchase something in order to have a disposable napkin. We decided to walk further down to the food court to grab napkins instead, as the employees were rather rude. On our way out another paying customer handed us a napkins. The place is pretty nice, and they do a good service , my complaint is about “cortado” coffee. That coffee, originally, is hot coffee and condensed milk, but i didn’t find the condensed milk no where.Please, if you could add that detail, it would be great.
This is the most racist place ever. Every person in there especially the orange hair girl is racist. I’ve tried to give them a 2nd chance and receive the same encounter as the first one
I've been here a bunch of times, I always get the same thing, never had any issues before but today the drink I got was not great. After I got through the creme at the bottom of the drink and got to the main drink, it was mostly just ice, wasn't good, just bitter ice and water. I went back in with the mostly still full drink and asked if there was anything they could do and they said nope. No offer to replace it, no offer to refund it, just a "sorry, can't do anything" which was worse than the just ice drink. I ended up just... read more
