This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed a mobile order early because I had a busy day ahead and wanted to save time. On my way there, I got stuck in traffic due to road work, but I arrived as quickly as I could. When I came in to pick up my order (which included one coffee, two other drinks, egg bites, and a spinach feta wrap), I was greeted by a brunette employee with a nose ring and a messy bun who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve been ordered in this place for two years and never got treated like this!!! A BARISTA WAS SO RUDE!! I ordered drinks online today and walked by with my dog and ask for a pup cup while I was still waiting for my order. That girl with light brow hair kept asking if I ordered? She kept asking if I ordered and I said yes, she asked my order name and even out my name into the system to make sure I was not lying. They need general training. 11:36 09/13/24 person running window was weird. No manners, no thank you for your business, no hello, just a funny attitude etc. I live right next door and it’s like this all the time. I hope a manager sees this and has a conversation with everyone about customer service, genuine politeness and how to help people that are giving you money.
