I had a great experience at Starbucks, and I especially want to recognize Sierra for the outstanding service. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell when someone actually cares about the customers they’re serving, and Sierra definitely gives that impression. Amazing place to get amazing coffee!! Such friendly staff with such variety of choices for coffee!! The lady that works there was so nice to us. She had such an amazing personality!! Highly recommend this place for great coffee!!
I ordered a hot latte today. The lady, that prepared it, made it very quickly. She never made espresso. She poured coffee, drip coffee in the cup, steamed the milk and poured that on top. I could taste the old coffee. I was late, to get back to work from lunch, or I would of taken it back. I drink lots of coffee, lattee, and espresso. I know what they taste like. Came in and got a “black iced tea” and it was the color of white tea. I’m done coming to this location. I’m used to my black tea being strong and this is weak. In my mind this has been my favorite Starbucks to go to, I used to know everyone’s name and got to know the employees. Now all the staff has changed and do not seem to care about anything.
