I ordered a hot latte today. The lady, that prepared it, made it very quickly. She never made espresso. She poured coffee, drip coffee in the cup, steamed the milk and poured that on top. I could taste the old coffee. I was late, to get back to work from lunch, or I would of taken it back. I drink lots of coffee, lattee, and espresso. I know what they taste like. Came in and got a “black iced tea” and it was the color of white tea. I’m done coming to this location. I’m used to my black tea being strong and this is weak. In my mind this has been my favorite Starbucks to go to, I used to know everyone’s name and got to know the employees. Now all the staff has changed and do not seem to care about anything. I ordered my coffee as a pick up order through the app and when I went in to the store there was a sign saying they are closed for lunch. This was 10h30 in the morning. I asked the Kroger customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I want my refund. This was so disrespectful and frustrating.
I came here like a week ago and the really nice girl with the red in her braids made my drink and I am still thinking about it it was that good. I’ve been to literally every other Starbucks in Franklin and Spring Hill since and they all have been bleek in comparison. She deserves a raise.
