The indian guy is so rude every time we go there. We have given this place multiple chances. The indian guy seems so pissed off and unhappy working there. He needs to either find another job or behave better for better customer service. He has no patience.
I visited location earlier today as I’m waiting for my order. This barista was slamming everything around when I finally got my drink. It was dripping with chocolate syrup when I asked her for napkins she pointed at them for me to clean it up instead of just wiping it before giving it to a pain customer I’m extremely disappointed.
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks on June 4th around 4:00 PM. After placing my order, I reached the drive-thru window and politely asked if I could add a chicken pocket to my order. There were no cars behind me, so I didn’t think it would be an issue. The employee assisting me, told me that I would have to drive all the way around and place a new order. As a delivery driver, please be aware of this place. If you’re ordering your food and you’ve already paid they intentionally are told to not work on your orders in order to prioritize incoming paying customers (customers who have not paid). If you inquire about it, the staff snaps at you and tells you “you can cancel the order and another driver will come.” If you ever order your food from an app from this store, please understand you are not seen as the priority even though you’ve paid and placed your order before their inc... read more
