I went last night (drive through around 8pm) the nicest person I’ve ever experienced at this location was it was a young man Today I went at 2:45 and had the complete opposite experience the young lady was rude and didn’t have much manners even when I kept saying thank you she just looked at me… idk know what there doing to their employees or of their just hiring rude people but I won’t be going back to this location
I don’t why everybody saying cottman strabuck is bad for me i come several time i find it very very good the girl is very friendly and nice and polite doing thier job so good and make it fastly like max 5 minutes i was shoked when i red the coments sometimes peapol behaive so rude and ask for refund and then go directly to write bad comment of the workors any keep going and still the best ❤️
As a longtime Starbucks customer at varying locations between Florida, Washington DC, Center City Philadelphia, NYC and North Carolina I have found this location routinely the worst I have experienced with long wait times and listless service. Why such a drop-off at this location?
The worst Starbucks cafe I’ve ever ordered drinks from! Drive thru experience was awful. Tried to customize drinks and the Indian man taking the order abruptly interrupted me and said, “No, we can’t do that.” Ended up ordering a coffee frap and matcha dubai chocolate, both of which were nothing as described. Coffee frap was watered down and the other was 90% chocolate. I wouldn’t recommend this location and certainly won’t be returning.
