The staff was really nice, and so were the specialty coffees.
Easily the best Starbucks location in town. The employees here always get my order right and have been patient with me when I’ve needed to change something on an order or am otherwise being a difficult customer. I really appreciate this team and their dedication to customer service!
They service was terrible. I've been going to this location for the past almost 5 years since I moved here from New York. The newer staff members are unkind, inpatient and rude. I place a mobile order(Like I alway do) at 11:05. I got to the location and waited fire my order. 11:33 now comes around and my order still not ready. (Everyone got their orders already).There's a cup on the back counter with my name on it, it has been picked up a few times to check the name and gets placed back down and forgotten.
