My overall is a 1 because the london fog with shot esspresso is not hot and its supposed to be hot and the service is good but the actual coffee is rough often!!!! I live next door I want reasonably hot coffee. Please just actually steam the milk. Or make sure the tea water is hott. I had to add from my own kettle to make it hott. This is not the only time I have done this. Fixing my own coffee later. I have issues with this starbucks and some others in the south carolina region. Messed up my order. Had to go in to ask for a new drink. Then realized they messed up my sandwhich order.
