Literally the worst Starbucks in North America. Even for an in-retail satellite spot it’s terribly bad. Slow service. Drinks made that don’t match the requested order. If one person in line is too much for the staff to handle maybe barista isn’t a good job choice.
Broken straws :( wasn't able to finish my drink. Service was ok. Only two people working.
Oct 13 at approx 12:00noon. Waited in line for about 15 minutes or more. Once at the counter, another employee shows up, and I politely said great two employees now. Up to that point, there was just one guy working hard all by himself. Once I said that comment, she looked dead pan at me and said nothing.
