Service Concern – Feb 24 around 6:10 PM I visited this Starbucks on February 24 around 6:10 PM. At the time, there were only two customers in the store (including me) and two baristas working, so it was not busy. Unfortunately, the service I received felt noticeably dismissive and impatient. When I asked about herbal tea options, the responses were consistently monotone and curt. When I later asked for water and a sleeve for my hot drink, the answers were again brief and unwelcoming. This is a great Starbucks on campus. Friendly staff and great drinks.
They need to teach their staff how to make drinks. Especially the refreshers. If it DOESN'T SAY LEMONADE! DON'T ADD IT! It's literally on the tag. Especially the new Hispanic girl, i don't know her name. never have an issue with anyone else except when she makes my drinks.
This starbucks is not that good in my opinion. I've only gotten drinks from here 3 times and each time they tasted like plastic , one of the female workers in there is extremely rude to me everytime I go in there to order a drink, I ask for extra ingredients and she always says the same thing "that doesn't make any sense to add extra".
