Ordered a mobile order and took twice the amount of time and it was not busy. I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte with caramel drizzle and got no whip, topping, and barely any drizzle (I paid extra for) and barely any ice. I’m a shift lead at a Starbucks and have a pretty good understanding of Starbucks standards and this was not it.

They take too long to take your order and prepare them. That’s fine when there is rush, but when not they still take too long to make a simple drink. Today I ordered a drink and it was just 2 sips of coffee, rest all was ice you can see in the picture.

When I make the mistake of ordering a drink at this location, I am routinely disappointed. In the future, I’ll go elsewhere. The espresso drinks are excessively gritty but it doesn’t have the texture of coffee. It seems like they add some sort of ground spice to all of their espresso drinks. It may be nutmeg. This has been my experience again and again at this location. Due to the issue with espresso, I thought I would order cold brew drinks instead.
