Service Concern – Feb 24 around 6:10 PM I visited this Starbucks on February 24 around 6:10 PM. At the time, there were only two customers in the store (including me) and two baristas working, so it was not busy. Unfortunately, the service I received felt noticeably dismissive and impatient. This is a great Starbucks on campus. Friendly staff and great drinks.
They need to teach their staff how to make drinks. Especially the refreshers. If it DOESN'T SAY LEMONADE! DON'T ADD IT! It's literally on the tag. Especially the new Hispanic girl, i don't know her name. never have an issue with anyone else except when she makes my drinks.
