The best service always! Keep it up!
This location no longer serves free water without purchasing something. "Store policy" and yet they wonder why they're getting boycotted. My plan of action here today was to get a cup of ice water and tip the employees, not add revenue for the corporation. Yay we love companies that deny people water. 🫡💙
Disappointing Service and Long Wait Times I’ve given this Starbucks multiple chances, but the wait times are consistently unacceptable. Three times now, I’ve ordered my drink well in advance, only to arrive and find it hasn’t even been started. Today was the worst—I placed my order 20 minutes before my shift at 5 PM, arrived at 4:55 because I work 2 mins away in the next plaza and still had to wait because my drink wasn’t made yet. It's one of the better Starbucks I've visited. Solid customer service with spot-on and quick order turnaround. The only bad thing is that due to their location, their drive-through isn't made for large trucks, but well worth walking into.
