An employee this morning was rude to an old man for picking up drinks, trying to find his order, and talked to him like he was stupid. A customer helped him locate his order.the pickup counter was a distaster. Multiple customers, including myself, waited for a very long time to receive our orders.
I was surprised to read some of the reviews about this location. It has been a while since I was here and the service was still excellent. Barista "Bobby" was exceptionally pleasant and made my drink just the way I like it. I think there are some people who come in with an attitude to start with and thus their comments are more of a reflection of their attitude rather then the actual customer service. Come in with a smile and everything will be great.
